Welcome to Kooli® / Kool World. By accessing our website, purchasing products, or booking Kooli for an appearance, you agree to the following Terms & Services. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Kooli® is the official mascot of Kool Kolored Kid Generation (KKKG).
This website operates as both an e-commerce platform and a booking portal for mascot appearances, events, and engagements.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Product Orders & Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, holidays, giveaways), processing times may be extended.

Shipping Method

  • Orders are shipped via USPS (or comparable carrier).

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

  • Flat-rate shipping may apply to certain items or bundles.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery is 3–10 business days after shipment.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Incorrect Address

  • Please confirm your shipping address before placing an order.

  • Kooli® is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

3. Returns & Exchanges (Merchandise)

Due to the limited and exclusive nature of Kooli® products:

  • All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of the damage

  • Approved replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wear and tear after use

4. Booking Kooli® – Mascot Appearances

Booking Requests

  • All Kooli® appearance requests must be submitted at least 14 days in advance.

  • Submitting a request does not guarantee availability.

  • Bookings are confirmed only after:

    Written approval

    • Signed agreement (if applicable)

    • Payment is received

     

Appearance Types

Kooli® may appear at:

  • Community events

  • School assemblies

  • Birthday parties

  • Corporate & brand activations

  • Hospital & nonprofit engagements

  • Parades, festivals, and special occasions

5. Booking Fees & Payment

  • Booking fees vary based on:

    Event type

    • Duration

    • Location

    • Staffing requirements

     

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Travel fees may apply for events outside the local service area.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations due to emergencies or weather will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Event Requirements & Safety

For all Kooli® appearances, the client agrees to provide:

  • A safe, secure, and appropriate environment

  • 15 minute break for after 30 minute performance.

  • Access to water and a private changing/rest area when applicable. Public bathrooms are not private changing areas.

Kooli® reserves the right to:

  • End an appearance early if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate

  • Refuse engagement involving harmful, offensive, or discriminatory behavior

7. Photography, Video & Media Usage

By booking Kooli® or attending a Kooli® event:

  • You grant permission for photos and videos taken at the event to be used for:

    • Marketing

    • Social media

    • Promotional materials

    • Website content

If you require a media opt-out, this must be submitted in writing prior to the event at customerservicekool@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Kooli®, Kool World®, logos, artwork, character designs, and branding are Kool Kolored Kid Generation LLC  protected intellectual property.

  • You may not reproduce, modify, or use Kooli® branding without written permission.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kooli® and Kool Kolored Kid Generation LLC are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Event disruptions beyond our control

  • Injuries, damages, or losses not directly caused by gross negligence

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Services at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
